1. Service Description

Troops ("the Service") is an AI-powered document platform for Australian real estate professionals. The Service generates marketing proposals, comparative market analyses, and related property documents using data from third-party providers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid Australian real estate licence (or be employed by a licenced agency) to use the Service for commercial purposes. You may trial the Service without an account, but full features require registration.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of any document you send to clients. AI-generated content should be reviewed before use.
• You must not use the Service for unlawful purposes, including misleading or deceptive conduct under Australian Consumer Law.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

4. Data & Content

Property data is sourced from third-party providers (including CoreLogic and Google) and is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy. You retain ownership of documents you create using the Service. We may store your data to provide and improve the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Troops is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
