  • Documents: proposals and reports you create using the Service.

  • To personalise your experience and pre-fill document data.
  • To improve the Service and fix issues.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS in the Sydney region). We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We implement row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

  • Supabase — authentication and database (data processor).
  • Google Maps Platform — address search and geocoding.
  • CoreLogic / RPData — property valuation and sales data.
  • Vercel — application hosting.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with the third-party services listed above, as necessary to operate the Service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
